Shipping policy

thebioforge.io is based in Singapore,  All shipments will be fulfilled by courier or the local post office

Registered International Shipping (with tracking): USD $10 

Orders will be shipped on average 3-4 weeks after the order payment is clear.

Shipment on Weekends is not available
Note: Tracking data may differ depending on the customer's domestic Post system. e.g certain country post systems may not update tracking data.

Return & Exchange Policy

As each item is made to order, refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at thebioforge.io@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you to return shipping instructions.
The buyer will bear the costs of returning the goods plus an admin fee of USD$3 will be included for packaging wastage.
