We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at natstybricks@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you to return shipping instructions. The buyer will bear the costs of returning the goods plus an admin fee of USD$3 will be included for packaging wastage.
Shipping Policy
thebioforge.io is based in Singapore, All shipments will be fulfilled by courier or local post office.
Registered International Shipping (with tracking): USD $10
Orders will be shipped on average 3-4 weeks after the order payment is clear.
Shipment on Weekends is not available as the local post office is closed.*Tracking data may differ depending on the customer's domestic Post system. e.g certain country post systems may not update tracking data.
